The zen momma introductory course is a 60 minute “love yourself first” group coaching session based on the teachings and zen techniques Melissa Scanlon learned from her teacher, Michiko J. Rolek. Being a zen momma is about loving the me in momME. As Michiko says, “Self-love is the root from which all else grows.” In this session, Melissa will teach you to F.L.Y. - first love yourself, so that you can take the wisdom and tools and apply them to your daily life.
